Linseed cake (LC), a byproduct of linseed oil extraction, is used as a functional filler for production of biodegradable composites. To determine the influence of residual linseed crude oil contained in lignocellulosic filler on the properties of the poly(lactic acid) (PLA)-based composites with 5–30% filler content, two types of LC were analyzed: a defatted and an unmodified one. Complex analysis of the composites' properties change was conducted in relation to their structure modification caused by the addition of a waste filler. It was found that the addition of LC resulted in simultaneous plasticization and improved crystallization of PLA. Lignocellulosic particles and crude linseed oil contained in the LC powder provided a modifying effect, influencing the level of crystallinity and mechanical and thermomechanical properties. 利用自制多氢酸液XS-1进行静态岩粉溶蚀与岩心流动实验,通过SEM、ICP等实验考察了多氢酸的缓速性与预防二次沉淀性能,并研究了多氢酸与岩心反应动力学特性。结果表明,XS-1多氢酸液具有良好的缓速与预防二次沉淀性能,反应后残酸的极限浓度为0.296 1 mol/L,酸液有效作用时间为6~7 h。在该多氢酸体系下岩心渗透率提高至4.15倍,在此条件下以酸岩反应动力学参数模型建立动力学方程,反应速率比同条件下普通酸液小,进一步证明多氢酸具有一定的缓速性。  相似文献

Soybean oil gums and soapstocks are important by-products that may potentially be contaminated by persistent organic pollutants (POP) such as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) and phthalic acid esters (PAE), thus lowering the value when using them as starting materials to produce animal feed additives, food industry ingredients, and pharmaceutical products. In the present work, PAH and PAE distributions in these two types of by-products were detected using solvent extraction–solid phase extraction purification coupled with gas chromatography–mass spectrometry. Total PAH and PAE amounts in the soapstocks were significantly higher than those in the gums, thus indicating that neutralization showed much higher removal efficiency than degumming in terms of PAH and PAE eliminations. Meanwhile, the results proved that the concentrations of these two kinds of contaminants in the soybean oil gums and soapstocks were much higher than those in the soybean oils, suggesting that further investigations were needed and that the contents of PAH and PAE in soybean oil refining by-products should be carefully monitored and regulated.  相似文献

We demonstrate in this study that the combination of modern inline monitoring methods [here: inline nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR)] with simulations gains more exact and profound kinetic results than previously used methods like linearization without that combination. The 1H-NMR spectroscopic data (more than 100 data points) are used to construct the copolymerization diagram. The reactivity ratios are obtained applying the van Herks nonlinear least square method. The examination of the radical copolymerization of 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) with (2-{[2-(ethoxycarbonyl)prop-2-en-1-yl]oxy}ethyl) phosphonic acid (ECPPA) as important adhesive monomer used in dentistry yields reactivity ratios of rHEMA = 1.83; rECPPA = 0.42. The copolymerization diagram reflects nonideal, non-azeotropic copolymerization. The sequence distribution of the obtained by Monte Carlo simulation indicates the generation of statistical copolymers. As an important finding, it is demonstrated that the repeating units responsible for etching and adhesion are arranged over the whole polymer chain, which is necessary to achieve proper functionality. © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Phenylpropanoids and phenylpropanoid-derived plant polyphenols find numerous applications in the food and pharmaceutical industries. In recent years, several microbial platform organisms have been engineered towards producing such compounds. However, for the most part, microbial (poly)phenol production is inspired by nature, so naturally occurring compounds have predominantly been produced to date. Here we have taken advantage of the promiscuity of the enzymes involved in phenylpropanoid synthesis and exploited the versatility of an engineered Escherichia coli strain harboring a synthetic monolignol pathway to convert supplemented natural and unnatural phenylpropenoic acids into their corresponding monolignols. The performed biotransformations showed that this strain is able to catalyze the stepwise reduction of chemically interesting unnatural phenylpropenoic acids such as 3,4,5-trimethoxycinnamic acid, 5-bromoferulic acid, 2-nitroferulic acid, and a “bicyclic” p-coumaric acid derivative, in addition to six naturally occurring phenylpropenoic acids.  相似文献

酸性尾矿废弃地废石含有硫化物,在雨水的淋溶作用下会产出硫酸,加剧废弃地的酸化,增加企业环保成本,而生态修复工作就是从源头上控制废弃地的酸化。根据尾矿废弃地酸化机理,结合国内外最新研究进展,分析了生态修复技术现状;概述了隔离覆盖、改良剂改良、植物修复、微生物法等多种处理方法在实践中的适应性及优缺点,并分别介绍了隔离覆盖-植物修复技术、原位改良-植物修复技术在Reden煤矿、永平铜矿的成功应用案例。针对酸性尾矿废弃地的特点,单一处理方法具有较大的局限性,需要采用联合工艺进行治理,隔离覆盖-植物修复技术、原位改良-植物修复技术因见效快、效果好、操作简单,势必成为将来研究的主要方向。  相似文献

Beer contains only limited amounts of readily fermentable carbohydrates and amino acids. Beer spoilage lactic acid bacteria have to come up with metabolic strategies in order to deal with selective nutrient content. The research was performed to investigate the influence of iso-α-acids on the metabolism of organic acids, biogenic amines (BAs), off-flavour compounds, carbohydrates and amino acids of Lactobacillus brevis 49. Only glyoxylic acid and ethyl formate in de man, rogosa, sharpe broth was consumed, and multiple organic acids, BAs and off-flavour compounds were produced. By supplementing a series of concentrations of hop iso-α-acids, consumption of L-malic acid, glutamic acid and arginine and generation of BAs were found benefit for bacteria to develop hop-resistance. In the metabolism of carbohydrates, glucose was preferred over maltose and maltriose, and hops significantly inhibited the utilisation of carbohydrates. The results provide comprehensive information of metabolites of L. brevis 49 under various concentrations of hop stress.  相似文献
